- Monitor and manage new and reopened tickets.
- Provide accurate high-level support towards end-users regarding their IT related issues and
- provide accurate and timely feedback (Level 2 - 3)
- Follow-up with the end-user to ensure that the issue is resolved
- Aid fellow team members where necessary

- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- CompTIA Certifications (A+, N+, Security+ or Equivalent)
- 5+ years IT related work experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Relevant degree, diploma, certifications in IT or studying towards.
- MikroTik Certifications (MTCNA & MTCRE)
- SonicWall Certifications
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- CompTIA Certifications (A+, N+, Security+ or Equivalent)
- 5+ years IT related work experience
