Are you a seasoned internal auditor with a passion for driving positive change in complex industrial environments? We're partnering with a global leader in the mining sector to find a Senior Internal Auditor to join their HSEC and Human Rights audit delivery team. In this role, you'll play a key part in assessing and improving operational practices across a diverse range of sites. Your work will go beyond financial controls — this is about auditing the real-world impact of industrial operations on health, safety, the environment, and human rights.What you’ll be doing:
â Leading and delivering high-impact audits in line with internal methodologies
â Partnering with key stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across operations
â Providing independent insight into compliance, governance, and sustainability efforts
â Supporting continuous improvement in HSEC and human rights frameworks
We’re looking for someone who:
â Has at least 8 years of internal audit or relevant operational audit experience
â Holds a professional certification such as CIA, CA, CPA, or CISA
â Brings deep knowledge of operational risk, HSEC regulations, and/or ESG principles
â Is confident navigating complex environments and engaging with all levels of the organization
â Is available for a fixed-term contract and ready to hit the ground running
