Are you a supply chain technology expert with deep SAP knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement? We’re seeking a Senior Specialist SAP Power User to join our team and act as a critical link between business operations and digital technology teams. You’ll support end users, drive change management, ensure data integrity, and optimize the use of SAP ECC and SAP Ariba across the value chain. Key Responsibilities:- Provide regional user support, training, and change management.
- Own and resolve end-user incidents and system access requests.
- Act as the liaison between business and digital technology teams.
- Monitor and improve data integrity and reporting tools such as BI and SQL.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and support system enhancements.
- Lead user training and change management for new functionality.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Technical or Commerce field with SAP ECC (MM, VM, WM) and Ariba certification.
- Knowledge of additional modules such as PM and FICO is advantageous.
- French language skills are a bonus.
Experience and Skills:
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain technology support.
- Expert in source-to-contract, source-to-pay, and supply chain workflows.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, and reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and change management skills.
- Business acumen and cross-functional awareness.
