We want someone who’ll revolutionise how we deliver value to clients using AI technology. You are…

  • Savvy with sales : you have an extensive background in advertising sales. Your experience spans multiple platforms and you love the thrill of creating value for clients within the brands you work with.
  • An AI enthusiast : You’re fascinated by how AI can transform advertising effectiveness and client outcomes. Where others see standard advertising solutions, you envision AI-enhanced opportunities. You’re not afraid to challenge conventions and propose new approaches that leverage emerging technologies to solve persistent advertising challenges.
  • A bridge between two worlds : You easily connect commercial challenges with technological possibilities, translating complex AI concepts into tangible business benefits. You excel at explaining complex AI technologies in terms of advertiser benefits and return on investment. You help commercial teams to grasp technical terms and you bring them on board through training and knowledge-sharing.
  • Audience inclined : You understand audiences and advertising metrics deeply. This insight helps you to identify opportunities where AI can improve targeting, personalisation, and campaign effectiveness. You’re constantly thinking about how technology can deliver better audience engagement and advertising results.
  • Results driven : You measure success through tangible outcomes. Whether it’s improved campaign performance, operational efficiency, or new revenue streams, you focus on demonstrating how AI delivers real business value.

What we need from you:

  • At least three years in advertising sales
  • Experience serving clients with tailored advertising solutions and proposals
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its applications in advertising/media
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
  • Experience with advertising platforms, media buying processes, and campaign metrics

What we’d love you to also have…

  • Previous involvement in product development or innovation initiatives
  • Understanding of data analytics and its role in advertising effectiveness
