inDrive Offline Agent (Activation)
As an Offline Agent at InDrive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard potential drivers interested in joining the platform, known for offering the lowest commission rates in the e-hailing industry. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys building connections with people from various backgrounds. Success in this role requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and a strong focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Street Outreach: Scout your city or town to proactively identify and approach potential drivers interested in joining the inDrive app.

Engagement: Initiate conversations, build rapport, and explain earning opportunities available with InDrive.

Lead Generation: Use social media platforms and other search engines to generate driver leads.

Driver Registration Support: Assist drivers with registration and ensure their profiles are approved.

Onboarding: Guide registered drivers in your city to become active on the platform.

Reactivating Inactive Drivers: Identify inactive drivers, understand their challenges, and provide solutions to encourage their reactivation.
Qualifications & Experience:

Age: 18-35 years old.

Recruitment/Sales Knowledge: Basic knowledge of recruitment or sales practices is a plus.

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Personality: Proactive and outgoing.

Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.

Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Salary/Wages:

Compensation: Commission-based with targeted earnings.

Potential Earnings: Estimated at approximately $450 biweekly.
