Salary: R65 000 - 75 000 CTC, based on experience

A well-established signage company is looking for a strategic, hands-on General Manager to lead high-level daily operations and guide the general strategy to improve overall business functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical insight, production experience, and leadership capabilities across multiple departments.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
10+ years’ experience in production planning, financial management, and technical understanding of design
PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of technical drawings, machining, tooling, and material specifications
Prior experience in the signage industry (Preferred)
Proven experience in budgeting and financial monitoring
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
