Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail orientated PA/Debtors and Creditors administrator, to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage debtors and creditors and assist with ad creation and marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
*provide administrative support to senior management.
*manage debtors and creditors , including payments and reconciliations.
*create engaging ads for social media, including print and digital platforms.
*maintain accurate financial records and reports
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
*minimum 2 years experience in administrators sector
*knowledge of financial administration and accounting principles
*basic knowledge of ad creation and marketing
*proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, IQ Retail invoicing system would be an advantage
*excellent communication and organizational skills with an ability to work under pressure/ multi-task
*ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This job is a 5 and a half day position.
