Description:

The Royal Portfolio is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Head Office team. This is a key role that spans our entire collection of luxury properties, supporting the Marketing, Creative, and Events departments in the development of high-quality visual communications across both digital and print platforms.

Reporting to the Senior Designer, this role will be responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand materials that reflect the distinctive aesthetic and high standards of the brand. The role requires a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within established brand guidelines while contributing creative solutions.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and update brand collateral, including fact sheets, hotel stationery, website elements, and other corporate materials. Create layouts for print materials such as brochures, menus, invites, and signage, ensuring consistency with brand identity. Design digital assets, including website banners, email banners, and social media graphics. Create concepts based on brand strategy, brief and insights. Ensure accurate logo placement and correct usage of brand guidelines across all designs. Consistently delivering work on time, without sacrificing attention to detail. Collaborate effectively with peers in the design and marketing team. Work on multiple briefs at the same time. Develop work, iterate, prepare mock-ups and present work. Implementing and delivering on feedback accurately and gain approval from senior management and peers. Adapt and roll out approved concepts to various media. Make sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right formats and sizes before being supplied to go-live. Adhere to team processes and quality standards. Prepare final artwork for print, ensuring correct file formats, sizes, and specifications are set up. Liaise with external suppliers (e.g. print houses) to ensure high-quality production. Maintain and organise the design asset library. Stay updated on design trends and digital best practices to enhance creative output.


QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience Excellent self-management and time management Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members Enthusiasm for being part of a fast-paced, creative team and a passion for design.
