Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyse business performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop scenario models and track key financial and operational KPIs.
- Partner with business units to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and cost drivers.
- Assist with board reporting, investor presentations, and financial storytelling.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the planning and reporting cycle.
Requirements:
- BCom in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential).
- 35 years experience in FP&A or a similar strategic finance role.
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities, with a commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights effectively.
- Experience within the financial services sector is not negotiable.
