About the Role

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Senior Administrator/Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate is humble, meticulous, approachable, self-organised, a self-starter, not easily influenced, and open-minded. This role requires a strong understanding of South African labour law and experience managing the full recruitment and selection process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and conduct the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Provide expert advice and assistance to Organisational and Development on industrial relations matters.

  • Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives as required by the business.

  • Assist with ad hoc HR tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of South African labour law.

    • 3 to 5 years experience in applying South African labour law in the workplace.

    • 3 to 5 years experience in managing the full recruitment and selection process.

    • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
