Youll take charge of our full financial function, which includes but is not limited to:
Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for company and group management. Implementing, managing, and monitoring financial systems, procedures, controls, and policies. Traveling between branches and client sites to oversee operations. Assisting in the training and development of administrative staff. Managing a team of administrative personnel. Conducting monthly and annual audits. Requirements:
BCom in Accounting or Financial Management. Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles. Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience. Experience in the retail/ automotive/ logistics / freight space (advantageous). Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall computer literacy. Ability to perform under pressure with a keen eye for detail. Willingness to travel for monthly branch visits and a proactive approach to learning and development. Effective time management and a leadership style grounded in integrity and honesty.
