Responsibilities:Manage and enhance the policy administration system Create, update, and test user stories for insurance products Support product development, renewals, and related documentation Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements Collaborate with engineering to enhance adviser experience Assist in developing training materials for products and processes Communicate system updates to key stakeholders Qualifications & Experience:
IT or Finance Degree RE5 (advantageous) 2 years commercial product experience, 7 years in short-term insurance SQL
