Description:
Manage all accounts to Trial Balance, ensuring accuracy and financial efficiency
Oversee collections, process payments, and perform reconciliations for both debtors and creditors
Handle PAYE payments, filings, and statutory compliance with SARS
Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and process U19 forms
Conduct balance sheet analysis and perform account reconciliations
Provide monthly financial reports and manage loan account transactions across two entities
Maintain and update the companys asset register
Meet with talent/models regularly to review payslips and resolve outstanding payments
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferably), Sage Payroll, and SARS website navigation
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent reconciliation skills
Qualification:
Completed Matric
