Duties Include (Not Limited to):
Lead day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Provide financial insights to support strategic property development decisions Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Education:
Qualified CA(SA)
Experience:
4+ years post-articles experience required within a similar role Reporting experience required
