A client in the Plastic Industry is looking for a Shift Toolmaker to join their team in Lenasia, Johannesburg South Experience & Competencies Minimum 3 years experience in similar position Mechanical aptitude Prioritizing work in order of urgency Basic math skills Ability to work well both independently and in teams Ability to work well with others with diverse backgrounds and at various organizational levels Knowledge of Health and Safety Responsibilities Mould maintenance, repairs, modifications, etc â?? Planned and breakdownOnce a mould is completed, to be present during start up at the machine to ensure mould runs as required, and quality is accepted and passed by QCTool inspections during production runIdentifying and sorting out safety areas of concernVisual checking of manufactured articles on a spot check basis Recording of all related reports in the format given to you by your managerShift hand overTraining of staff Assisting in other departments when required SECTOR: Engineering and TechnicalJob Reference #: JHB000427/PK
