Fruit Accountant

Description:

A position in the agriculture industry has become available for a qualified Fruit Accountant. Requirements:

1. Accounting Degree
2. Forex experience
3. Standard cost principles and cost accounting experience
4. Excel advanced
5. 5 years similar accounting experience
6. Fruit industry experience

Duties:

• Bank reconciliations
• Manage creditors process on producers
• Capturing of produce and related cost elements
• Reporting on producer payment summaries
• Cashflow management
• Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments
• Processing of commercial invoices and credit notes
• Preparation of weekly and monthly commercial creditor payments
• Monthly report on commercial creditors
• Weekly preparations of payments / Sending of payment remittances to producers
• Preparation of weekly and monthly commercial creditor payments
