You’ll take charge of our full financial function, which includes but is not limited to:
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for company and group management.
- Implementing, managing, and monitoring financial systems, procedures, controls, and policies.
- Traveling between branches and client sites to oversee operations.
- Assisting in the training and development of administrative staff.
- Managing a team of administrative personnel.
- Conducting monthly and annual audits.
- BCom in Accounting or Financial Management.
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in the retail/ automotive/ logistics / freight space (advantageous).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall computer literacy.
- Ability to perform under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel for monthly branch visits and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Effective time management and a leadership style grounded in integrity and honesty.
