National Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced National sales manager to develop and execute our sales strategies. A key objective will be conducting research in market trends and behaviours to inform and guide the company’s sales efforts. Communication and high-level negotiations skills are essential for this position. You will also manage a team of 6 regional sales managers.
Responsibilities
· Lead and motivate nationwide sales teams.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
· Research and identify new potential customers and opportunities.
· Negotiate and sign SLA with national and regional customers.
· Review marketing inadequacies and adjust plans.
· Tracking and sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.
· Networking and managing large client contracts.
