Required Experience
- 3-year’s relevant working experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Experience using website content management tools.
- High level writing and editing skills.
- Experience using email communication platform, CMS and CRM are highly desirable.
- Experience with search engine optimization-geared content writing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with ability to multitask in a fast paced working environment
R esponsibilities
- Engage with, advice and support academic units in market research and formulation of the marketing and communication strategies for the online distance learning offerings.
- Research and identify new target audience for prospective students and formulate appropriate strategies to reach the target audience across traditional and digital platforms.
- Create and lead stakeholder engagement opportunities to increase internal and external brand awareness.
- Develop, implement and monitor a media plan using the drip strategy.
- Manage the design, creation, language editing and update of content for the ODL website, publications, programme information sheet and other student recruitment and promotional materials.
- Conceptualize, design, create and monitor social media post and advertisements.
- Monitor and respond to enquiries and comments on social media and web page.
- Facilitate the creation or obtaining of images, graphics, audio scripts and copywriting for communications, advertisements and student recruitment.
- Create and maintain a database of employers for the purpose of building partnerships for employee enrolment.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing, communication and recruitment campaigns, and track and report on metrics measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Serve on appropriate institutional marketing, communication and student recruitment forum as may be required.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
