Salary: Basic (R10,000 – R15,000/month) + Uncapped Commission (ZAR)

We help skilled professionals, business owners, families, and students begin new lives in Canada. As part of our mission to expand our footprint into Francophone Africa, we’re hiring a motivated French-Speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a high-energy sales role for someone who thrives on chasing targets, handling objections, and closing deals. You’ll engage directly with Francophone prospects looking to immigrate to Canada — your work will help people change their lives.
Requirements:
- Fluent In French (C1 Level Or Higher): 2 to 3 years
- Minimum 1 Year Of Telesales Or Outbound Call Center Experience: 1 to 2 years

🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Lead outbound sales efforts into Francophone West Africa (DRC, Senegal, Ivory Coast )
• Contact and follow up with warm leads via phone and email
• Educate prospective clients on Canadian immigration pathways
• Handle objections with confidence and persistence to close sales
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Report directly to the Managing Director on sales targets and performance
• Assist with French-language communications and follow-ups as needed

🔎 What We Are Looking For
• Fluent in French (C1 level or higher) – Required
• Excellent command of English – Required
• Minimum 1 year of telesales or outbound call center experience
• College diploma (minimum 2 years post-secondary education)
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Goal-driven personality with a hunger to exceed sales targets
• Confident communicator who speaks clearly and persuasively
• Experience using CRM or sales tracking software is a strong plus
• Comfortable working under pressure in a performance-based environment
• Bonus: Qualification in sales or recruitment is advantageous
