Description:
As a Personal Assistant, you will support the Branch/General Manager and/or Managing Director with personal tasks, administrative duties, report writing, file management, and communications - ensuring smooth daily operations and helping maximise productivity.
Provide personal, administrative and personnel support to management.
Assist in co-ordinating company events, functions and stock takes.
Prepare and manage various reports, including sales, turnover, and stock updates.
Oversee office maintenance, employee records, and office supplies.
Requirements:
- Admin: 2 to 3 years
- Personal Assistance: 2 to 3 years
Matric
At least 2 years’ experience in Personal assistance and administration role
Experience and/or knowledge of motor trade industry would be beneficial.
