Beaver Recruitment SA is looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented recruiter with a strong sales personality to join our growing team. As our International Recruitment Agent & Business Developer , your mission will be to identify and secure new healthcare and tech clients in the Netherlands and broader Europe , while also contributing to our recruitment strategy in South Africa.
You’ll act as the bridge between Dutch employers and our pool of qualified South African candidates — with a special focus on Afrikaans-speaking nurses, tech workers, and engineers .
This is a high-impact, high-energy role perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making a difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales Development
- Research, identify, and cold-call potential clients across the Netherlands and Europe.
- Pitch Beaver Recruitment SA’s international staffing solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and tech firms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships.
- Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HR managers and hiring decision-makers.
- Understand clients’ workforce needs and advise on suitable South African talent.
- Recruitment Support
- Coordinate with our internal recruitment team to align client demand with candidate supply.
- Assist in candidate-client matching and communication when needed.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay on top of hiring trends in Dutch healthcare and tech sectors.
- Identify key industry events, job fairs, and conferences for lead generation and brand exposure.
🔎 What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales (ideally in healthcare or tech)
- Confident communicator with excellent English skills (Dutch or Afrikaans is a bonus)
- Comfortable with cold-calling , sales targets, and client relationship building
- Passionate about connecting people with opportunities and making a real impact
- Ability to work independently and proactively — a true self-starter
- Familiarity with European markets, especially Dutch labor laws and recruitment processes , is an asset
- Previous experience working with international clients or cross-border recruitment is highly desirable
