We're looking for a flexi (part-time) Sales & Service Consultant to join our team and make a real impact through smart customer engagement, sales enablement, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Perform FICA, POPI, and NCR checks and ensure compliance.

  • Support with account servicing, origination, and product cross-selling.

  • Educate and guide clients toward digital channels and self-service options.

Operations & Risk

  • Operate within regulatory and internal compliance guidelines (FAIS, TCF, Code of Conduct).

  • Support process improvement by reporting client experience insights.

  • Refer matters beyond your mandate to your team leader promptly.

Performance & Team Contribution

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and service quality benchmarks.

  • Retain clients through excellent service and issue resolution.

  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment and personal development.

Requirements

  • Minimum: NQF 4 qualification

  • Preferred: NQF 5 or higher in a business-related field

  • Regulatory Exam and FAIS compliance required

  • 1–2 years of experience in a financial services or customer-facing role
