Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales

Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Perform FICA, POPI, and NCR checks and ensure compliance.

Support with account servicing, origination, and product cross-selling.
-
Educate and guide clients toward digital channels and self-service options.
Operations & Risk
-
Operate within regulatory and internal compliance guidelines (FAIS, TCF, Code of Conduct).

Support process improvement by reporting client experience insights.
-
Refer matters beyond your mandate to your team leader promptly.
Performance & Team Contribution

Meet and exceed sales targets and service quality benchmarks.

Retain clients through excellent service and issue resolution.

Actively contribute to a positive team environment and personal development.
Requirements

Minimum: NQF 4 qualification
-
Preferred: NQF 5 or higher in a business-related field

Regulatory Exam and FAIS compliance required

1–2 years of experience in a financial services or customer-facing role
