Bookkeeper – Trial Balance

Description:

Our client in Sea Point is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to Trial Balance to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 5 years of experience handling the full accounting function. REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience handling the full accounting function
• Experience in Sage and advanced Excel

• Reconciliations
• Creditors & Reconciliation
• Expenses – Reconciliation
• VAT – Calculations & Reconciliation
• Trust Account Transactions and Updates
• Petty Cash – Reconciliation
• EMP501 Submissions
• Invoicing for All Rental Units
• Tenant Statements
• Payments and Statements to Owners
• Credit Card Reconciliations & Payments
• General Financial Queries

HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
