Job Title: Restaurant Floor Manager

Position Summary:
The Restaurant Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring excellent customer service, profitability, and team performance. They will supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a swift resolution
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Schedule and coordinate shift rotations for staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and supplies, and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and sales
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Proven track record of increasing profitability and customer satisfaction
