Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing initiatives for our rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. Based in our Cresta office in Johannesburg, you will develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing campaigns specifically tailored to a UK-based B2B SaaS audience, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies specifically targeted at a UK-based B2B SaaS audience.

Manage digital channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to enhance ROI, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to create engaging, value-driven content that aligns with customer needs and product features.

Oversee marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and improve the customer journey.

Manage budget allocation effectively, maximizing the efficiency of digital marketing spend.

Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
