- Fixed assets register and bank reconciliations
- Handle tax-related functions and submissions
- Prepare monthly financial packs and management reports
- Process and review monthly journal entries
- Compile financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Provide financial support to property managers on matters relating to the managed property portfolio
- BCom Accounting Honours
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-articles experience is required
- Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Experience with CaseWare will be a distinct advantage
