Description:
A well established accounting firm based in Edenvale is seeking a Receptionist.
Duties:
• Ensure that the front desk is professionally managed at all times
• Coordinate boardroom meetings as indicated by requesting units
• Enhance, organise, facilitate and manage external, internal calls and messages from visitors
• Screen incoming calls
• Establish an independent reporting mechanism in respect of frontline tasks
• Assist with access control for entry into office block
• Monitor and manage visitors at the front desk
• Capturing and sending all telephone messages to staff members through the Electronic Messaging System
• Updating and monitoring of the telephone list
• Additional ad hoc duties as required by Management (All related to Accounting)
Requirements:
- Ms Office (Outlook,Excel)
- Pastel
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Needs to have some knowledge of accounting as she will need to assist Senior Management in Audit, Accounting and Tax where needed.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
• Qualification or relevant coursse (Advantageous)
• Will be reporting to the HR and Payroll Administrator
