Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide legal administrative support to the department to enhance effectiveness Provide a broad spectrum of services under the supervision of Attorneys Locate case information and open and maintain files for effective case management Copy, scan and file new instructions and allocate accordingly Adhere to deadlines and juggle multiple calendars Prepare cheque request and conduct reconciliations Preparation of monthly reports General secretary/admin dutiesRequirements:
Grade 12 Attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Excellent writing skills essential
