Responsibilities include:Assisting with daily lodge operations and guest relations Overseeing front-of-house activities and coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen teams Welcoming and hosting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff Ensuring lodge standards are consistently upheld across all touchpoints Requirements:
23 years experience in a similar role at a luxury lodge or hotel Hospitality or tourism qualification preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Professional, guest-focused, and detail-oriented Familiarity with lodge systems such as PANstrat, Opera, or ResRequest an advantage Valid drivers license
