Description:
Key Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Manage invoicing, tracking, and reporting of revenue and expenses. Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to senior management. Assist with audits, tax preparations, and internal controls. Requirements:
A relevant accounting or finance qualification (Diploma, Degree, or similar). Proven experience in a junior accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with [Insert specific software, e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, etc.]). High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
