Description:
Key Responsibilities :
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, canvassing, and networking.
Visit customer homes to conduct site evaluations and accurately assess gutter needs.
Provide detailed and competitive estimates based on customer requirements.
Educate clients on available gutter systems, benefits, and maintenance options.
Close sales and manage customer relationships from initial contact through post-installation follow-
up.
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and job completion.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and job statuses.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist the installation team on-site from time to time to ensure smooth project execution and gain field
experience.
Handle occasional operational tasks such as collecting materials or supplies from vendors and
transporting waste or debris to the tip (dump).

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or trade education a plus).
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or roofing industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of gutter systems, installation processes, and residential construction (training
provided).
Ability to measure and assess properties accurately.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
