General Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day financial operations
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly flash reports
Conduct gross profit (GP) analysis and deliver accurate financial reports
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
Approve credit notes, manage compliance, and ensure effective internal controls
Monitor cash flow, and drive cost-saving and performance optimization initiatives
Review payroll and oversee cashbook and daily banking
Lead annual rate reviews and implement increases
Debtors & Creditors Management
Lead and supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
Oversee debtor age analysis, invoice submissions, and allocations
Approve credit limits and credit notes
Manage intercompany creditors and oversee payment reconciliations
Leadership & Support
Supervise and mentor a high-performing finance team
Provide strategic business support on financial matters
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in a financial management role
Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
Proven ability to drive financial strategy and decision-making
Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Qualification:
Degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent)
CIMA qualification
