Job Description
Company is seeking a suitably qualified candidate for this hands on position. Must have managed staff and be able to perform full function duties. This role needs you to be able to get your hands dirty as it is a very busy environment. You need to understand inventory and BOMs, strong analytical skills and be able to identify and fix problems and save costs. Must have worked on SYSPRO.
Duties:
- Full-function accounting and financial management
- Ensure statutory and financial compliance, taxes, manage payroll and support HR
- Financial statements, management and business health analysis and reporting
- Implement and manage strict financial controls, improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business
- Optimise ERP system for complex inventory and multiple-process manufacturing, full traceability and interconnected warehouses
- Budget consolidation and cash flow management
- Manage and develop financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
Qualifications
