Description:

Requirements Report and Dashboard Development

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to provide insights for various business units.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Ensure dashboards are optimised for performance and user experience.
  Data Integration and Modelling
  • Build and maintain Power BI datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
    
  • Use Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data transformation and modelling.
    
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including Snowflake, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems.
    Data Analysis and Insights
    • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
      
    • Work closely with business units to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
      
    • Develop self-service BI capabilities for end users.
      Infrastructure and Security
      • Ensure Power BI workspaces, reports, and datasets comply with company data governance and security policies.
        
      • Manage user access and permissions within the Power BI service. Collaboration and Training
        • Collaborate with the Head of Data and IT teams to align BI solutions with organisational strategy.
          
        • Provide training and support to business users to effectively use Power BI tools.
          Continuous Improvement
          • Monitor and enhance the performance of existing Power BI solutions.
            
          • Keep up to date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
            
          • Propose and implement improvements to BI processes and tools. Qualifications
            • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
              
            • At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI.
