Description:
Unlock Campaign Insights: Deliver regular and ad-hoc analyses to measure marketing effectiveness across channels (paid, social, CRM)
Own Analytics Infrastructure: Manage Adjust (MMP), GA4, and GTM, ensuring flawless tracking and data integrity
Drive Innovation: Guide A/B tests, hotspot/path analysis, and new tech adoption to uncover deeper behavioural insights
Privacy-First Analytics: Implement compliant data collection (consent mode, CCPA/GDPR alignment)
Lead Through Data: Mentor analysts, partner with marketing/product teams, and integrate behavioural data into core reporting
Technical Must-Haves:
3+ years in digital analytics, with mastery of GA4, GTM, and MMPs (Adjust/AppsFlyer).
SQL/Python proficiency and API experience.
Experience with attribution models and compliance (e.g., consent management).
Strategic Fit:
Ability to translate data into exec-ready stories (Looker Studio/Tableau).
Passion for experimentation culture (A/B tests, MMM).
Collaborative mindsetyou bridge marketing, product, and tech teams.
Bonus Skills:
Google Ads/Salesforce, CDPs (e.g., Segment), or product analytics tools (Mixpanel/Heap).
Cloud platforms (Azure, BigQuery).
