Qualifications and Requirements:
BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering Registered with ECSA as a Professional Civil Technologist/Civil Engineer Minimum 15 years' Post Graduate experience in a Civil Engineering and/or a Construction Management Role Proven record of working as the RE on at least 5 projects Experience on SANRAL and national roads projects, specifically including road rehabilitation projects Proficient in contract administration Proficient in preparing programmes including monitoring, updating and tracking progress Understand how to prepare an estimate and cashflow forecast. Well versed with the various forms of general conditions of contract (COLTO, GCC, FIDIC Contracts will be advantageous
