This role is based at head office in Bryanston and requires frequent travel to remote sites.Minimum Requirements:Proven track record in lodge management and multi-property operations5+ years’ senior operations experience within the luxury lodge or safari industryStrong leadership, logistics, and financial acumenAbility to implement systems, manage teams, and drive high service standardsWillingness to travel regularly to remote lodges Key Responsibilities:- Oversee operational efficiency across all lodge properties
- Support lodge managers with performance, HR, and guest experience
- Ensure brand consistency, financial control, and compliance
- Lead projects, new openings, and strategic planning initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between head office and lodge teams
