Our client is seeking a dynamic and professional Lodge Anchor to support the daily operations at their luxury 5-star game lodge. As a vital link between lodge management, staff, and guests, you will ensure a seamless, high-end guest experience while maintaining their world-class hospitality standards. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role with leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include:- Assisting with daily lodge operations and guest relations
- Overseeing front-of-house activities and coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen teams
- Welcoming and hosting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly
- Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff
- Ensuring lodge standards are consistently upheld across all touchpoints
- 2–3 years experience in a similar role at a luxury lodge or hotel
- Hospitality or tourism qualification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional, guest-focused, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with lodge systems such as PANstrat, Opera, or ResRequest an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
