Our client is looking for a driven and energetic Solar Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This role involves identifying potential clients, educating them on solar solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. Responsibilities include:- Generating leads and following up on sales opportunities
- Conducting site assessments and presenting tailored solar solutions
- Educating clients on product benefits, savings, and financing options
- Preparing and delivering professional sales proposals
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Previous experience in sales (solar or technical sales)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of solar systems (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Matric certificate; additional technical or sales training is a plus
