Busy restaurant in Stellenbosch looking for a Head chef
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Head chef
- Contactable reference
- Experience with POS
- Ability to work long, flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Multilingual skills
- Designing seasonal menus, specials, and updating existing offerings
- Quality Control : Ensuring all dishes meet high standards of presentation and taste
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be fluent English
- Own reliable transport
- Must have stock taking experience
- Must be able to start immediately
Salary – R20 000 – R25 000 (negotiable)
