- Analyze and improve production workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop smart facility layouts and production schedules that balance quality and cost.
- Implement quality control systems and lead defect resolution strategies.
- Leverage data analytics and simulation tools to guide decision-making and process improvements.
- Support the industrialization of new products, manage BOMs, and ensure smooth transitions from design to production.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma and 5S initiatives across operational areas.
- Manage ERP and MRP systems, ensuring accurate material and production data.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor others on best practices.
- Promote safety, compliance, and environmental sustainability in all operations.
â What We’re Looking For:
- B.Eng or B-Tech in Industrial Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience (graduates will be considered).
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage X3, Odoo, Syspro) is a strong advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification preferred.
- Prior exposure to military vehicle design is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented team player.
