Minimum requirements and experience:

• BEng (Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, simulations, building and testing automated machinery or processes.
• Must have a background in machinery design, manufacturing and sheet metal experience.
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Must be able to follow rules and work under tight deadlines.
• Able to do design changes at a moment's notice.
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks working experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, simulations, building and testing of automated machinery and processes.
• Produce detailed drawings for machine parts
• General arrangements and layout drawings
• Site measurement of structures and areas
• Consultation with engineers and workshop teams optimise designs.
