**Position Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring legal professional to gain hands-on experience in High Court litigation. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys on a range of cases, particularly Road Accident Fund claims, and receive invaluable exposure to various aspects of legal practice.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Assist attorneys in High Court litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents including pleadings and correspondence.
• Attend consultations, court hearings, and mediations.
• Provide administrative and procedural support to the litigation team.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments and case law.
**Requirements**:
• LLB degree (Completed or final year)
• Strong interest in High Court litigation and Road Accident Fund claims.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
**Salary**:
• Stipend commensurate with experience.
**Date of Commencement**:
• Immediately.
