As the Legal Secretary, you will be reporting to the Head: Legal Operations. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal Service Department and other business Units.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Setting up Tribunal hearings for adjudication of claims
- Prepare bundles for tribunal hearings including but not limited to paginating and indexing
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintain office filing system
- Preparation agenda, meeting packs, presentation and minutes taking for departmental meetings
- Maintain contracts database
- Ensuring that all administrative duties are fulfilled
- Review all invoices from attorneys and ensure timeous payment
- Handling of all general queries
- Diary Management.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?
- Grade 12 qualification/Matric Certificate
- Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 5 years’ experience as a legal secretary or personal assistant.
