TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1,245,505 TO R1,610,446 PER ANNUM ● REF NO: CS 44/25 ● NDABENI
Requirements:
- Relevant BTech or degree or academic diploma equating to 360 credits combined with proven competence and experience
- Up to eight (8) years’ relevant experience
- Valid Code B or EB driver’s licence.
Key performance areas:
- Manage and determine optimal life cycle for all Fleet assets (Vehicle and Plant)
- Provide fleet to the City and ensure a roadworthy safe and fit for purpose fleet, in compliance to RTA, RTQS, OHSA, IDP, GAMAP and other Corporate Legislative guidelines
- Manage the insurance fleet
- Ensure that fleet is maintained operated and repaired efficiently and effectively
- Manage and control fleet budgets
- Manage fleet rental recoveries
- Perform and execute proactive scheduling and maintenance to ensure maximum availability of the Fleet
- Manage customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Plan, manage and implement the development of projects
- Manage and administer contracts within the business area.
