Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for armored vehicle production.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Design facility layouts and production lines for improved space utilization and safety.
- Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time studies, work sampling, and cost analysis to reduce waste and production costs.
- Evaluate tooling and equipment for process suitability and safety compliance.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and prototype builds from engineering to full-scale production.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering; experience in defense or armored vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with military standards, quality systems, and compliance protocols is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
