Join a globally trusted financial services provider as our Head of Client Service. You’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of Client Service Executives, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, strategic account expansion, and process excellence. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and expand a high-performing APAC client service team
- Align performance, incentives, and training with business and client goals
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver against strategic growth objectives
- Own and enhance relationships with major APAC institutional clients
- Drive engagement through proactive communication and tailored support
- Identify growth opportunities through client insights and market trends
- Streamline workflows to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance
- Resolve escalations and implement preventative solutions
- Track performance metrics and deliver strategic insights to leadership
Requirements:
- Completed CA(SA) qualifications.
- Minimum 7 years in financial services, consulting, or B2B client management
- Proven track record in team leadership, client success, and relationship management
- Solid understanding of asset management and B2B service delivery
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
