Based in Centurion, this pivotal role calls for a finance leader with deep commercial acumen, regulatory insight, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full financial leadership, providing oversight, vision, and hands-on guidance to drive both growth and compliance in an evolving environment.

Duties:

• Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships with shareholders, financial institutions, regulators, auditors, and internal boards.
• Oversee and enhance financial systems, controls, and infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, integrity, and transparency.
• Lead and manage the entire financial function across the Security & Aviation Cluster, ensuring optimal structure and compliance.
• Drive the financial strategy in line with the broader corporate vision, setting clear financial goals, priorities, and KPIs.
• Provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support sustainable business growth.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA.SA) qualification is highly advantageous.

Experience:

• A relevant financial qualification aligned with senior financial leadership responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally at CFO or Executive Finance level.
