- Minimum 35 years of inbound tour consulting experience
- Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa preferred
- Willingness to assist, learn, and grow within the role
- Understanding of travel industry channels and business strategy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in Tourplan, Microsoft systems, and WETU
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated with diligence to meet deadlines
- Driven by motivation rather than targetsThis is a live out position
